余额明细分页列表标签

根据SQL查询条件返回对应的余额明细分页列表，用循环输出。

参数说明：

page_size： 每页显示条数，int类型

page_index： 当前页码，int类型

strwhere： SQL查询语句

totalcount： 记录总数，out参数，int类型

get_user_amount_list(page_size, page_index, strwhere, out totalcount)
